The challenge

Policy in Practice required a new website to better reflect the scale and impact of their work, while supporting strong SEO performance and high levels of editorial flexibility. With 20,000–30,000 monthly visitors and significant traffic coming from government sources, accuracy, performance and clarity were critical. The team also needed a WordPress-based solution that could be easily managed in-house and scaled over time.

Our approach

Working from detailed Figma designs supplied by the client, we delivered a bespoke WordPress website built around a modular content system. This gives the Policy in Practice team full control over page layouts and content, without compromising consistency or performance. The site was built with SEO best practice at its core, including Core Web Vitals optimisation, structured data, clean code and a pre-launch technical SEO audit.
