UK Rubber Supplies Ltd, run by Paul and Joanne Farley, had built a solid reputation in the rubber and plastics industry, supplying a wide range of components to trade clients across the UK.

The business had traditionally relied on repeat orders from existing customers and sales through their eBay account. However, with a growing need to modernise and improve visibility online, Paul and Joanne approached us to help them take the next step.

We designed and developed a new Shopify-powered website, which launched in early 2025. The goal was to provide a more streamlined way for existing clients to browse and enquire about products, while also laying the foundations for generating new business through organic and paid search.

The site was built with B2B functionality in mind, including features such as hidden pricing for non-trade accounts and a clear, structured product catalogue to improve usability.

Following the successful launch, we have continued to work closely with the UK Rubber Supplies team on their digital marketing – focusing on SEO and paid media to drive targeted traffic and increase enquiries.
